The Beat, formed in Birmingham, England in 1979, are celebrating their 30th anniversary with an action-packed 2009. Led by founding member, lead vocalist and songwriter Dave Wakeling, the band are recording and touring extensively.

Here at Tantrum Records we have joined in the celebrations and our very own DJ Tommy Tank has done a lovely 2009 reworking of their classic, ‘Mirror in the Bathroom’.
He’s kept all the classic ska elements of the original and beefed it up into a jump up Drum n Bass dancefloor destroyer! This tune has been tested on unsuspecting crowds and the reaction has been MAHOOSIVE!

here you go, ENJOY!!!!
